The printing is done by Bay Photo, a professional lab located in Santa Cruz, California. All prints are guaranteed through SmugMug. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your prints, SmugMug will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. Just email help at SmugMug within 30 days of receiving your order.
